As hard as we looked, we couldn't find one that was practical and aesthetically pleasing, so we finally decided to make what we were looking for. The results, after a few modifications, are these rugged harvest baskets: handmade of weather-resistant, #1 grade, dry Western red cedar (Thuja plicata), hot-rolled steel handles, wire mesh hardware cloth, and cadmium screws. These are baskets you don't have to worry about leaving in the garden from one harvest to the next. Best of all, after picking vegetables, fruits, or berries, you can wash them off directly in the basket. Available in one size: small (12 x 4 x 12 inches)-Sorry, medium and large are sold out.
